Journey so far

Ar. Snehal Jagdale - Surve is co-founder and Director of Alternate Angle. She is an architect and an urban planner by education and heads the projects on all stages from concept to execution. As a professional, she has worked with various firms in USA and India including landscape architecture and urban planning, architecture consultancy firms and construction major Larsen & Tubro (L&T) Design Cell. She successfully leads design teams to execute large scale infrastructure, commercial, industrial and residential projects.

At AAA, Snehal anchors the company with her disciplined approach and focused vision to deliver projects. Her experience to coordinate with multiple disciplines on large projects helps our team to have a holistic approach and end to end solutions. As a designer, Snehal brings in her own creative style and adds variety to the design flavour of Alternate Angle. Her ability to understand the balance between Creativity and Cost has given our clients satisfaction of getting value-based projects. Her practice of thorough research upfront saves valuable time, effort and costs for our team as well as the client.

Snehal is integral part of Alternate Angle Academy, contributing through her teaching and professional experience. As a research-oriented person, she curates online courses and plans for Academy events. Snehal shares her professional experience through talks, teaching and mentoring young architects, students and being a jury to various colleges across Mumbai region.

Understanding the difficulties faced by young architects during their initial years as professionals, she co-founded WOArchitect- a platform dedicated for career guidance and professional needs of architects.
