About our Mentor

Ar. Arvind Khare was the Senior Advisor and Mentor for Alternate Angle from its formative years till the end of his professional life. Practicing Architect since 1975, Mr. Khare has mentored both co-founders through his professional experience. He contributes to the company through his guidance on all aspects from providing technical advice about regulations, arbitration, valuation, construction practices, project management to business ethics and business development.

He was a founder and headed an established practice in city of Thane in the name of Arvind Khare & Associates. In his active professional career, he had worked on more than 100 projects of various scales ranging from residential, industrial, public buildings, schools to religious buildings. His firm had provided services in designing, project management, licensing, tendering, working drawings and execution. Mr. Khare was one of the founder members of Thane Chapter of Indian Institute of Architects. He also held post as Vice-chairman of Maharashtra Chapter of Indian Institute of Architects. He was active in the development of profession of architecture and has contributed with freelance writing and publishing opinions and ideas in local newspapers. Mr. Khare was also active in social work, and was ex-District Governor of Lions Club International. An avid music lover, Mr. Khare had learned classical music and used to perform occasionally.
